As Rolfers we palpate, discriminate and integrate the fascia by finding the imbalances in tissue texture, quality, and temperature to determine where to manipulate the tissue. By manipulating fascial layers that adhere to the muscles/bones that have been pulled out of position by strain or injury, aches and pains are greatly reduced.

Finally, we integrate the body, relating its segments in an improved relationship, bringing physical balance into the gravitational field giving a sense of flexibility, lightness and wholeness.
